Track 1 - 'Think Gratitude', is an uplifting daytime journey that exercises the higher faculties of your mind - perception, intuition, imagination, reason and memory. (If you exercise your will power by listening once a day for a month, then all 6 higher faculties would be utilized in concert.) There is binaural audio technology to gently relax you and release stress as well as a soothing environmental background. It a complete attitude adjustment and attunement.
Track 2 - 'Affirm Gratitude', is a calming session perfect for night time. With entrancing music, tranquil environmental sounds and binaural audio technology for deep relaxation, it is perfect before sleep.
Track 3 - 'Awaken Gratitude', is a 4-minute short cut of 'Think Gratitude'. It is sometimes used as a morning ‘wake up’ track. There is a brief guided visualization and then a few minutes to attune your mind to gratitude for the day.
For best results, listen to at least one track a day for 30 days. It is important to be in a relaxed position with your eyes closed.
