The main purpose of this program is to allow you to have the info and proper tools to enter the sales floor as quickly as possible.
It will develop a surface knowledge that will be your springboard toward becoming a lighting consultant.
It's a foundation of knowledge so you can feel comfortable being on the sales floor and allow you to maximize your sales. This program must be completed within 4 weeks of hire
Although it is called the 10 day program, we don't expect you to finish in 10 days
- it is understood that you have in-store training as well; however, the program should not take more than 4 weeks to complete.
