  Today you will learn about the most important tool in our call center!  Our Agent toolbar! This is what distributes customer calls and emails to our agents based on your availability.
  
  
• Day 3
  You will learn how to use our website, www.LampsPlus.com, and a variety of useful tools it offers.
  
  
• Day 4
  We are now ready to learn all about how to place an order.  Be on the lookout for signs of fraud, don’t worry, this will be covered today as well.
  
  
• Day 5
  Covers how to utilize our brick and mortar stores for order pickup which is one of many different order fulfillment possibilities.
