• Day 1
  Welcome to week 3! We will complete training on how to place orders on Lamps Plus and
  Lamps Plus Open Box.
  
  
• Day 2
  Today we are going to sharpen our phone skills and begin learning about our
  order management system call DOM!
  
  
• Day 3
  Today we are going to learn about order changes in a pre-fulfillment status.
  
  
• Day 4
  As we continue to learn about additional order changes in pre-fulfillment, we strengthen our
  navigation in the DOM system.
  
  
• Day 5
  Today we are going to learn how to make adjustments to prices and shipping, and request order
  changes in post fulfillment.
