  • Day 1
    Today we will continue to learn additional reships and replacements when the customer does not need to return the item back.

  • Day 2
    Today we will focus on special scenarios such as double shipments and Amazon basics.

  • Day 3
    Covers our marketplace basics and customer exceptions as well as we will focus on the introduction to the Bold Chat system where you will communicate live with customers.

  • Day 4
    Today we will dive deeper into using the Bold Chat system.

  • Day 5
    Today we will complete our Bold Chat training, focus on discounting and review some great chat interactions.
